This was taken when I was in my early twenties.. I looked and felt in the best shape of my life!
It took my 12 weeks to get in this shape..

This was a real low point in my life – I felt exactly how I looked…

28 Days later I looked and felt like a different person..
Here are the results of 28 Days of 110% commitment and effort..

Im definately fatter and hairier!
