<p>The first step to getiing in great shape is knowing where you are already at and then setting realistic goals that keep you motivated&#8230;</p>
<p>Here are a few things I would suggest you do before starting any body transformation programme.</p>
<p>1) Visit the doctor &#8211; ensure it is safe for you to start an exercise programme.<br />
2) Take your before pictures. (Front/side/back)<br />
3) Take your starting weight<br />
4) Take your girth measurements (chest/bust, waist, hips, thighs, biceps, calfs)<br />
5) Get your body fat measured (You can use body fat scales or fat callipers)</p>
